Ofrecemos una política de devolución de 30 días. Para poder optar a un reembolso total, el artículo debe estar nuevo y sin usar. En el caso de los estuches de viaje para bicicletas, "nuevo y sin usar" significa que el estuche se puede empaquetar para probarlo en casa, pero no viajar con él. Los gastos de envío no se incluirán en el importe del reembolso.
Para pedidos dentro de los Estados Unidos, simplemente infórmenos su intención de devolver el artículo dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega inicial y le proporcionaremos una etiqueta de envío de devolución. Los paquetes de devolución deben enviarse dentro de los 10 días posteriores a la recepción de la etiqueta de devolución. El precio del envío de devolución se deducirá de su reembolso. Los artículos devueltos fuera de este plazo pueden no ser elegibles para un reembolso completo. Los estuches de viaje para bicicletas deben devolverse en la caja original o se pueden aplicar cargos de envío adicionales.

Reembolsos
Una vez que se reciba la devolución, se inspeccionará el producto devuelto y se emitirá un reembolso al método de pago original en un plazo de 7 a 10 días. Recibirá un correo electrónico automático notificándole el reembolso. Tenga en cuenta que el reembolso puede tardar algunos días en reflejarse en su tarjeta de crédito o en su extracto bancario. Para devoluciones realizadas por motivos ajenos al vendedor, no se reembolsarán los gastos de envío de ida y vuelta.
Intercambios

Will My Bike Fit?

The sentinel will fit wheelbases up to 1125mm, and a "stack" of 700mm (distance from dropout vertically to top of bars). The Sentinel accommodates many integrated cockpit setups up to 60cm wide.

Built by Cyclists Who Spent Years Flying With Bikes
Orucase started because we were professional cyclists trying to get to races across the U.S. and around the world without paying massive airline bike fees or dragging oversized hard cases through airports.
At the time, most bike cases were heavy, bulky, difficult to store, and required major bike disassembly. So we started experimenting with smaller, more practical ways to travel with bikes — first out of necessity, then eventually as a company.
What started in Vermont with fabric, foam, and a thrift-store sewing machine has evolved into a full line of travel gear now designed and tested in Reno, Nevada.
Over the last 15 years, we’ve continued refining our cases around the realities of modern bike travel:
