Basic tools such as a pedal wrench, set of allen keys, or a torque wrench are always helpful to have on hand when traveling. If you want to save on weight when packing your bike, maybe you leave the full set of allen keys at home and just take the tools that are absolutely necessary to disassemble/reassemble your bike - more than likely these will be the 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm sizes.
