Versandkosten sind nicht im Rückerstattungsbetrag enthalten.
Bei Bestellungen innerhalb der USA teilen Sie uns einfach innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der ursprünglichen Lieferung mit, dass Sie den Artikel zurücksenden möchten. Wir stellen Ihnen dann ein Rücksendeetikett zur Verfügung. Rücksendepakete müssen innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Erhalt des Rücksendeetiketts verschickt werden. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung werden von Ihrer Rückerstattung abgezogen. Artikel, die außerhalb dieses Zeitraums zurückgesandt werden, haben möglicherweise keinen Anspruch auf eine vollständige Rückerstattung. Fahrradreisekoffer müssen in der Originalverpackung zurückgesandt werden, andernfalls fallen möglicherweise zusätzliche Versandkosten an.
Bei Rücksendungen von außerhalb der Vereinigten Staaten ist der Kunde allein für Versand, Versicherung und etwaige anfallende Zölle oder Steuern verantwortlich. Rückerstattungen
Nach Eingang der Rücksendung wird das zurückgesandte Produkt überprüft und innerhalb von 7-10 Tagen eine Rückerstattung auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode ausgestellt. Sie erhalten eine automatische E-Mail, die Sie über die Rückerstattung informiert. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es einige Tage dauern kann, bis die Rückerstattung auf Ihrem Kreditkarten- oder Bankauszug ersichtlich ist. Bei Rücksendungen aus anderen Gründen als einem Verschulden des Verkäufers werden die Hin- und Rücksendekosten nicht erstattet.

The Sentinel keeps packing simple—no fork or handlebar removal required. For most bikes all that needs to be removed are your wheels. Then lower your seatpost or dropper.

With a full aluminum roll cage, the Sentinel handles whatever punishment baggage handlers throw at it.

The Sentinel was designed as a one case solution for riders with both road and gravel bikes (especially ones with integrated bars). Mountain bikes with a wheelbase less than 1125mm will fit inside the frame. Mountain bikes with wheelbases longer than this will fit inside the case without using the bike mounts or with the R.A.P.I.D Roll Cage removed (this will save 7 lbs as well.)
We are working on an updated mount to accept larger mountain bikes. Release date TBD.

Once your bike is packed you can fill extra space with other luggage. We like packing them in waterproof stuff sacks. Be sure to keep an eye on weight limits on your airline.

We recommend reading our Airline Guides. Most airlines have removed the 62 linear inch measurement but will ding you for a 50+ lb overweight charge. Airline status, curbside checkin, and different airports can have an effect on even the "official" policy stated on an airlines website.
