Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive an email with carrier tracking information when your order ships. We strive to ship every order same- or next-business-day. If it seems like shipping confirmation is overdue, drop us an email or call us at 888-413-0899 and we'll get to the bottom of it.
Where do you ship to?
We can ship almost anywhere in the world. Standard international rates vary depending on product and destination country and are available on the checkout page. If you do not see a shipping rate for your country, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a shipping quote. Please also feel free contact us with any related shipping questions.
Do I need to be a mechanic to use your products?
While a basic level of mechanical skills is required, by no means do you need to be a bike shop mechanic to use our travel cases. First-time use can be intimidating, but you will get the hang of it in no time! To assist in the process, we've created instructional packing videos, which can be found on each product page.
What is your return policy?
The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us immediately and we will do our best to fix the problem.
For all our products, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in new and unused condition, and must be return postmarked within 30 days of initial delivery. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for non-warranty-related returns (exceptions apply).
For bike travel cases, new and unused condition means the case can be test-packed at home, but not traveled with. Also for bike cases, we require that the return be shipped in the original box, or return shipping fees may apply.
Is there a discount for ordering multiple cases?
We offer volume-based discounts starting at four cases. This discount is available to individuals, teams or clubs. Please contact us directly for more details.
