BIKE TRAVEL CASE SIZING

When determining the right bike travel case for your needs there are a
couple of things to consider, namely the size and style of your bike/s.
When
considering the size of your bike, the most important measurement would
be the diagonal dimension of your frame. This dimension can be found by
getting the distance from your rear dropouts, or where your rear axle
is, to the top of your head tube, just below where your stem sits. If
your diagonal dimension is less than 42 inches, the Airport Ninja Medium
or the B2-R cases should work out. For bikes with a longer diagonal
approaching 44 inches, the Airport Ninja Large would be the best fit. If
your frame happens to have a longer diagonal dimension than 44 inches,
then the B2-MTB case would be the only option in our lineup large enough
to accommodate your frame.
The right bike case for you may
depend on the style of bike you plan to travel with. Gravel and mountain
bikes tend to require a larger travel case, to accommodate the varying
width tire and wheel setups. The Airport Ninja Large and B2-MTB cases
are the best fit for those bikes, with the B2-MTB case being able to fit
a larger range of bikes. -
Measure the diagonal dimension of all your bikes and purchase the
corresponding case size of the longest diagonal dimension. The B2-MTB
case is our recommendation for a one-size-fits-all travel case and is
able to accommodate the widest range of bikes, regardless of size or
style. -
Yes, and you can use the extra space for packing other essential items
for your trip, such as a helmet or shoes or other accessories.
Additionally, you can reduce some of the excess space by tightening the
retention straps on the outside of the case. -
It depends. Our best recommendation would be to test out the most
challenging part of the packing process, which would be the removal of
your fork and orienting your bars perpendicular to your frame. This is
the trickiest step and is a good determinant of whether or not our cases
would work for you. If you're able to complete these steps without too
much difficulty, then either the B2 or Airport Ninja should work to
accommodate your bike.

Tracking numbers are automatically generated and sent in a separate
email to the customer once your order has been fulfilled. Check your
spam box if you cannot find it before reaching out. -
Depending on the destination country, your order will likely be transferred to a local courier which may or may not transfer the same tracking number. Sometimes the new tracking number is written in the original tracking info details.

variety of different international shipping services we offer at various

Our customers are responsible for international import duties and fees, unless otherwise stated.

Sometimes packages are lost or delayed throughout the shipping process.

Unfortunately, our lifetime warranty only extends to the original
purchaser. We may be able to repair used items for a fee, but we
recommend reaching out to your local gear store. -
Our lifetime guarantee covers product defects and failures that come
from normal use, such as tears sustained while flying with a travel case
or stitching issues that may impact the functionality of a bag. Damage
coming from improper use (such as dragging a travel case on it’s side)
does not count as standard wear, and will be subject to repair or
replacement fees.

Yes we are here to help as a part of our Customer Services. According to
the US Department of Transportation, airlines are responsible for
repairing or reimbursing a passenger for damaged baggage and/or its
contents when the damage occurs while the bag is under the airline’s
control during transportation. The statute of limitations is typically
2-3 weeks from the travel date that caused the damage so time is of the
essence. First contact us at info@orucase.com with a description of the
damage and pictures. We will generate a quote to repair your case.
Second, in a similar way, reach out to you local bike shop for bike
specific repairs if applicable. Lastly, you will send these quotes to
the airline when you file a claim for baggage damage. If your travel
case has been damaged, we will work with your travel schedule to repair
or replace your case and ensure you are ready for another adventure
ahead!
