All Orucase products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. If you believe a product you purchased contains a defect or has failed during normal use, please contact us at info@orucase.com for assistance. Items covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced for free. Damage because of normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect will be repaired at a reasonable price. 

Please note: Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or neglect. Protective products, including bike travel cases and accessories designed to absorb impacts or protect against damage, naturally incur cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or even potential deformation during typical usage. This expected wear indicates the product is performing its intended function and is not covered under our warranty. However, such items can be repaired or serviced at a reasonable cost—just reach out, and we'll take care of you.
