The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us immediately and we will do our best to fix the problem. 

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in new and unused condition. For bike travel cases, “new and unused condition" means the case can be test-packed at home, but not traveled with. Shipping fees will not be included in the refund amount.

For orders within the United States, simply inform us of your intent to return the item within 30 days of initial delivery, and we will deduct the price of return shipping from your order. Return packages must be shipped within 10 days from receipt of the return label. Items returned outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a full refund or free return shipping. Bike travel cases must be returned in the original box, or additional shipping charges may apply. 

For returns from outside the United States, the customer is solely responsible for shipping, insurance, and any applicable duties or taxes. Please select a guaranteed delivery service that provides parcel tracking information, insurance, and proof of delivery. Parcels must be return-postmarked within 30 days of initial delivery. Orucase is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit, and cannot replace parcels lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. 

Refunds

After the return is received, the returned product will be inspected and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 days. You will receive an automated email notifying you of the refund. Please note that it can take a few days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card or banking statement.
